Flight Schedules & Arrival:

We highly recommend that travelers confirm their flight schedules and plan to arrive in Rio de Janeiro well in advance. Please ensure you have enough time to check in at your hotel, accounting for any potential delays. To avoid any issues, we suggest arriving a few hours before your hotel's check-in time.

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund (up to 30 days after booking):
Cancellations made within 30 days of booking will receive a full refund, unless the hotel or other service providers have specific cancellation policies that differ. In such cases, the policies of these providers will take precedence.
50% Refund (more than 30 days before the trip):
If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, you will receive a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable (less than 30 days before the trip):
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the trip are non-refundable.

Please note that separate cancellation policies may apply to certain services such as flights or accommodations. Any fees or penalties imposed by these providers will be passed on to the traveler.
